The Power Plant

Dr. Katelyn Breivik is a CITA Fellow and she holds a PhD in Physics and Astronomy from Northwestern University. She researches gravitational waves and dead stars. Her research focuses on trying to understand how gravitational wave observations can be used to study how binary stars evolve throughout their lives. Dr. Breivik will discuss Hajra Waheed’s exhibition Hold Everything Dear.
