The Power Plant

Join us for a thought-provoking lecture with a founder of DESIGNwith lab and professor of Industrial Design at OCAD University, Ranee Lee! Together with Lee, we’ll look at the Form Follows Care initiative, asking, “What makes a caring design practice?” Our guest speaker will share the foundations of circular design, discussing her professional framework at the juncture of the corporation, academia, culture and community for the benefit of both people and the planet.

Form Follows Care is a collection of unique products made from The Power Plant's recycled marketing banners, designed by DESIGNwith lab and crafted by women sewists from the Regent Park Sewing Studio.
