Stroller Tours

Are you a parent, guardian or caregiver that have concerns regarding crying babies or talkative children in the galleries? The Power Plant's Stroller Tours are designed to ease these concerns: bring your little one along for the exploration of contemporary art and grown-up discussions free of pressure, with the goal of refreshing your spirit and expanding your mind. Arranged Tours


Regardless of your age or knowledge, The Power Plant can tailor a tour to match your needs. Tours can be arranged for educators and their students, parents and their families, or corporate, tourist and other organized groups.

Arranged tours are $2.50 per person, to schedule an arranged tour, please complete our tour request form or call 416.973.4949.

WHAT TO EXPECT: TOUR HIGHLIGHTS

  • Upon arrival, you will be greeted by gallery staff who will assist your group’s check-in and store any coats and personal belongings.

  • On the tour, we will share highlights of our current exhibitions and facilitate interactive discussions on contemporary art.   

  • Group size is kept to approximately 20 people. For larger groups, additional staff will be present to organize and lead smaller groups.

  • Tours last approximately 45 minutes.

  • In general, 1 hour and 30 minutes allows enough time for additional browsing through the gallery and a visit to our Gallery Shop.
